Crystal’s zest for living and enthusiasm for fitness are natural by-products of her upbringing in Venezuela, in which she truly embodies the Latin spirit: complex, charismatic, and passionate.
She excelled as a tennis champion for USTA, toured Denmark, Sweden and Finland as an International Fitness Presenter.

Crystal performed in various dance productions with Planet Funk, was chosen on the Seagramm’s Questor Girl Aerobics tour, and was a finalist in Ms. Texas USA Fitness Pageant. She choreographed routines for the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders, while diving and performing in water shows for AAU. Her aerobics career began in the 80’s with Waist Basket. Crystal has been certified with the following nationally recognized and sanctioned organizations: ACE, NCSM, ESA, IDEA, AFAA, AHA AND NASM.

A native of Texas, Crystal was educated at the University of Texas at Austin, garnering the Outstanding Journalism Award in Public Relations. She also studied in London, Spain, and at UCLA where she began working as AAP on Hollywood Insider.

Free-spirited and with a tireless work ethic, Crystal continues to pursue her passion in the dramatic arts while maintaining a steady career as a personal trainer. She most recently starred in the play, Regrets Only, directed by accomplished writer for Day of Our Lives, Tom King.

Crystal lives with her long-time-love, dog Cita, and an ever revolving cast of furry characters, as she is an avid animal rescuer facilitating the survival and adoption of many homeless strays in her home town in Mexico.
